Aquí tenemos una nueva versión del Firmware para el Xtreamer (xtreamer fw 2.0b2, xtreamer fw 2.0b4), es la versión 2 pero aun es Beta. Hasta ahora tenemos dos versiones beta:

Xtreamer 2.0.0 beta4 release notes (from 2.0.0 beta2)

New features:

1. Internet Radio.
   A. Internet Radio option added in main OSD.
   B. .plsx extension detection support for internet radio.
   C. Same file format for .pls and .plsx
   D. User can use internet radio files residing in their internal or external HDD.
2. Photo thumbnail display.(in Photo menu)
   A. Preview button toggles between “Preview off/Preview on/Photo Thumbnail” in “Photo” menu if there is any photo file in that folder.

Bug fixed:

1. Chinese missing character support.
2. During Audio Passthrough, mpeg audio(mp3) will be PCM.
3. After navigation to a file and hitting the “Enter” key delays to start movie(takes 2~3 click).
4. Samba Share of windows 7 can’t be seen.
5. From virtual remote control when press “go” button for searching in iPhone Xtreamer turns off.
6. Center alignment of Arabic subtitle.
7. No subtitle displayed while playing video if 1080P 24Hz set from setup menu.

1. Internet Video preview displays current time/total time and progress bar with buffering bar.
2. Rewind, Fast Forward button added in virtual remote control.
3. Fan speed manual setting from 0 ~ 200.
4. UTF8/UTF16 auto detection when no selection of Unicode in SUB-T/ID3TAG .
5. Booting time decreased
   A. Normally 25~30 sec[varies for HDMI detection & HDD or USB].
6. Moved playback of movie preparation time after clicking play button.
7. Font size and status icons size increased a little for SD TV user.
8. Detection of external ODD improved.
   A. If can’t detect, go to “Home” and press “Eject”. It will retry to detect.
   B. To eject DVD go to “Home” menu and press “Eject” button(when DVD is detected).
9. Audio Jukebox UI changed.
10. Changed fast forward from 1.1X to 0.8X in video playback.
11. Fast forward from 1.0X to 2.0X displays subtitle also.
12. Delete function added to remote control “Delete” (3) button.
